1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of all residential and commercial cleaning services ("Services") by Neatify Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") operating in London, United Kingdom. By requesting a quote, making a booking via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Bookings and Quotes
- All quotes provided via email (info@neatifycleaning.co.uk) or phone are estimates based on the information provided by the Client.
- We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change or if the property condition differs significantly from the description provided.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation from our team.
3. Access to Property and Working Conditions
- The Client must provide our DBS-checked cleaners with access to the property, hot water, and electricity in order to perform the required Services.
- If the property is not accessible at the agreed time, a late cancellation fee may apply.
- We require a safe working environment. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if the premises are deemed hazardous or pose a health and safety risk.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any cleaning service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and lost schedule time.
5. Liability and Claims
- Neatify Cleaning carries full public liability insurance to cover major accidental damage caused by our operatives.
- While our team handles all items with extreme care, we are not responsible for damage to items that were broken, improperly installed, or highly fragile prior to our arrival.
- Any claims for damage, unsatisfactory work, or theft must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the service completion. We will not accept liability for any claims made after this period.
6. End of Tenancy Cleaning Specifics
For End of Tenancy cleaning, the property must be completely empty of personal belongings and furniture (unless previously agreed). Defrosting freezers and clearing heavy rubbish are not included in the standard service unless specified in your custom quote.
7. Payment Terms
Payment must be made according to the terms specified in your official invoice. We accept standard bank transfers and other agreed-upon electronic payment methods.
